how did the weekend promo paywall do? did it actually lift trial-to-paid?

Checked it against the previous promo weekends — the lift holds. My call: keep the variant live next weekend. Cohort breakdown goes in this week's digest.
01The service

You're hiring a team, not buying a tool

Ninefold Agents is a managed service. Forward-deployed people from Ninefold run a function for you end to end, using AI agents we build and operate. There's nothing to log into, learn or maintain.

An engineer

Integrations & custom functions

Connects your stack and keeps the machinery running. Also builds functions specific to your operation — project intelligence for field teams, finance operations, internal knowledge. If a workflow has clear inputs and outputs, we can probably run it for you.

Tell us the workflow

The work reaches your team in Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or Telegram.

03How it works

Three steps. The first is free.

And useful even if you never hire us.

  1. Free · within a week

    Teardown

We do the work once, on your world — a competitor content analysis, an ad-library breakdown, or a data-stack review. It's a sample of what your team would deliver every week, not a sales call.

  2. ~2 weeks · one-time setup

    Onboard

Your team connects your tools, tunes the agents to your brand and data, wires the work into the chat you already use, and tests it against a question set built from how you actually work.

  3. Every week · monthly plan

    Run

Your team runs the function every week and maintains the machinery behind it — model updates, data drift, new formats, new questions. You see what it does and what every run costs. Cancel monthly after the first three months.

04People + agents

Agents do the heavy lifting. People own the outcome.

You're buying the outcome, so the machinery is our problem — but you should still get to see it. Most agent projects die in production; this is the boring engineering that keeps ours running week after week.

Agents

Do the heavy lifting. Pull the data, research the niche, draft the posts, generate the variants. Every run metered and logged.

Your Ninefold team

Own the result. Decide what matters, check the numbers, edit the drafts, and bring you the call — not just the output.

You

Approve what ships. Ask anything in your chat. Nothing publishes or leaves the building without a yes from your side.

Read-only default
Analytics agents cannot write, change, or delete anything in your systems. Enforced in code and verified by tests — not a promise in a slide.
Approval gates
Nothing publishes or leaves the building without a human yes. Drafts and ad creative wait in the review console until someone on your side signs off.
Cost ledger
Every run is metered — what it cost, which tools it called, how long it took. Unlimited questions stay honest because we can both see the meter.
Audit log
Every tool call the agent makes is recorded, with secrets redacted. If you ever ask "why did it say that?", there's a trace.
Credential isolation
Your API keys live in isolated connector services the model never sees. Dedicated infrastructure available on higher tiers.
Tested, then trusted
Each agent ships against a question set built from your real usage, and every change is re-tested against it. Quality is measured, not vibes.

06FAQ

Questions we get

Is Ninefold Agents software or a service?

A managed service. There's nothing to log into or maintain. Forward-deployed people from Ninefold run the function every week, using AI agents we build and operate. The work arrives in your team's chat and review console.

Who actually does the work?

Our people, with agents doing the heavy lifting — an analyst, a content manager, a paid-ads specialist or an engineer, depending on the function. Agents pull data, research and draft; people decide, check and own the result; you approve what ships.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your systems. Agents query your tools through isolated connectors, work with aggregates, and never train on your data. Credentials are held in the connector layer, never by the model.

What if something is wrong?

Analytics answers always cite their source and time window so they can be checked. Content and ad creative never ship without your approval in the review console. And every agent is continuously tested against a question set built from your real usage.

Why a subscription and not a one-time build?

Because you're hiring a function that runs every week, not a deliverable. Models update, data drifts, platforms change formats — the subscription is the running and the maintaining. A one-time agent is a demo with a countdown timer.

Who is behind this?

Ninefold — a Sofia-based studio that has shipped software for ten years, including consumer apps used by tens of millions. Same team, same standards, applied to agents. AI does the work; humans stay accountable.
